The creative team of olabodeskills had an encounter recently with the young, enterprising and daring Adeola  Olagunju who took us through her life as a Photographer, the project that has won her awards and how her diffused consciousness of arts, time and trends has made her a critical, creative, meditative, and passionate artist.

With a performance-based works she extends her scope of practice with a Language to challenge stereotypes. She bares it all with us.

Q: Tell us about yourself
Adeola Olagunju is a Nigerian photographer who lives and works in Lagos. She graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology with a degree in Fine and Applied Arts in 2009. She has worked as a Graphic Artist for Advertising Agencies including Platform Branding Company. Now uses Photography as Art.

Q: How did your journey into Photography begin?

Encountered Photography while studying at the University.

Style? Not Exactly, I do whatever comes to me… I explore more of Art / Documentary lately
