Designer Chris LaBrooy collaborated with M&C Saatchi London to create a commissioned Transport for London poster, which announces the British transport body’s new fares for 2014.
The posters feature the various transport services manipulated into 3-dimensional typographic visuals to form the message ‘New Fares Arrive January 2014’ rendered on the sides of trains and buses. It’s a well-executed idea that ties in with their arrival at train stations and bus stops along their routes.
Though Londoners might groan at fares going up, they can at least receive the news via this fun and quirky poster. It has already garnered praise on LaBrooy’s Behance page from members of the public who have seen them on the Tube.
